Fisch Feinkost Kathmann in Geestland

Hi there, At the weekly market in Geestemünde we got to know the fish sales stand of the company Kathmann, here we bought the fresh smoked salmon cut on site, excellent in freshness and taste. Now I have also visited the shop in Geestland and stood in the corona queue for about 5 minutes (1 person allowed in the shop) a friendly service with very good sales advice and I was on my way home with fresh salmon and a portion of skry. The freshness of the goods and the price-performance ratio was very good. More purchases are pending and we will continue to monitor the quality of the goods,

Delicious fried fish with tasty fried potatoes for a fair price. The fish rolls are unbeatably cheap at € 2.50 - € 3.50 and for my taste better than the ones at the port. Friendly service and parking space in front of the restaurant. It's clean, tidy, and cozy.

Very tasty fish, but the portion for "XXL" was a little poor. The side dish portion was rather "S". Otherwise a very nice snack attached to the fish shop, very nice service.

Feinkost Kathmann is a very good fish shop with the possibility to eat the fish freshly prepared. In a separate room six tables are very nice staff, the prepared fish with side dishes are from 11-13: 00 clock. Parking available

We ate there prawn and potato salad and what can I say we liked it. The portions can be ordered in small, large or XXL. The store invites you to eat (small and comfortable).

By chance landed here and really happy that I have found the way here in the fish sales with snack. Parking is available in front of the shop and there is both a nice indoor and outdoor area. There is a small fixed card and also changing weekly card. We took the fried fish (fixed map) and plaice fillet rolls. Both were excellent. I decided to take a glass of white wine and had a good lunch. Will come back when the opportunity presents itself.

You can sit down and enjoy the delicious food when you have to go faster and you don't want to cook at home. There are enough parking spaces for the number of seats and you are even served shortly before the shop closes, although it can happen that you are not finished with your meal when the shop closes. Very accommodating!
